The buildings were completely restored in 2004, the original Tuscan design and its characteristics were taken into account and preserved accurately.
Also the interior design reflects highest quality standards: handmade terracotta floors, travertine tiling and special paint on the walls (affrescho)…Attention to detail is showen also by the choice of furnitore: Realized by a carpenter from Arrezzo. The used materials are cherry and walnut.

The property includes about 24 ha of land, most of it is forest and about 8 ha are arable land. A beautiful park is surrounding the buildings and approximately 200 sqm parking spaces are available.

The result is a romantic comfort Hotel of circa 472 sqm with a total of 12 sophisticated rooms. Each room is individually designed and represents with its “frescos” a kind of rural story. An exclusive spa area of about 105 square meters with sauna, steam bath, adventure showers and massage rooms completes the installation. There are currently, for example, Ayurvedic treatments or a chocolate and wine therapy in the wellness program. On about 100 sqm the guests can dine very exclusive in the Restaurant of the Hotel. Or on the terrace or in the winter garden with view on thef the centuries-old oak forest or in the cozy and intimate dining room.
